Eric holds a Master Degree in Law (UCL) and an Executive Master in Management (Solvay Business School). He also teaches HR Management as part of the United Business Institutes’ MBA programme.

Over the course of his career, he’s acted as HR Manager or similarly named positions for a range of national and international companies in Belgium and Switzerland, in reverse time order: the D’Ieteren Auto Group (B), Celgene & Talentwins (CH), UCB Pharma (B), MSD Europe, Creyf’s Interim (now “Start People”, B), Ericsson Belgium, and Securex (B).

Alongside or in-between these key postings, he advised and keeps on advising numerous belgian SMEs in a wide variety of HR fields, from spot problem-solving to long-term company restructuring of HR policies and practices.
